Welcome to Vault by CHS. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, memberships, products, downloads, licenses, content, and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Vault by CHS provides digital products including SVG files, clipart, templates, graphics, educational materials, memberships, licenses, and related digital resources. Product descriptions, contents, quantities, and availability may change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND BUSINESS RESULTS

Orders are offers to purchase and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.

Digital Products: Because products are delivered electronically, access may be provided immediately after purchase.

Licenses: Products may include Commercial Use Rights, Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), or other licenses. The specific product license controls permitted use. Violating a license may result in termination without refund.

Memberships: Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Membership-based licenses remain active only while the subscription is active and paid unless otherwise stated.

Product Utility and Results: Vault by CHS provides digital design assets and educational materials for creative and commercial use. We do not guarantee business success, specific sales volumes, customer acquisition, revenue generation, profitability, or financial outcomes. Individual results vary based on market demand, personal effort, experience, marketing ability, platform policies, competition, and external factors beyond our control.

Any testimonials, case studies, examples, earnings statements, revenue figures, or customer success stories are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future performance.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, BILLING, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Prices may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed automatically according to the plan selected. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

Products are delivered electronically. We are not responsible for delays caused by technical failures, internet outages, email filtering, platform outages, or events beyond our control.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Because digital products may be accessed immediately, certain purchases may be non-refundable.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, graphics, website materials, product descriptions, logos, downloads, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Vault by CHS and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those specifically included in the applicable product license.

SECTION 10 - SHOPIFY

Vault by CHS is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made from Vault by CHS, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Vault by CHS.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK

Feedback submitted to us may be used, modified, published, and distributed without compensation.

SECTION 13 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing mistakes, and product descriptions without notice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULT BY CHS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST CUSTOMERS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vault by CHS from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

SECTION 21 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Vault by CHS.

SECTION 22 - ASSIGNMENT

We may assign these Terms. You may not assign them without written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vault by CHS operates.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS
